Meet The Owners

Nicolas Pahud
Nicolas is one of the owners and is also our orthopedic physiotherapy expert. Over the course of his career, he has completed numerous continuing education courses, staying up-to-date with treatment best practices and ensuring an exceptional level of care for his clients.
Nicolas even moved to Australia to complete the Master of Physiotherapy Studies program at the University of Queensland—an experience that further fueled his passion for his profession.
He also continues to take courses to fine-tune his skills and remain ahead of the curve on industry trends and best practices.

Kristen Redhead
Kristen chose to specialize in pelvic floor physiotherapy while doing her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the UofA. One of her graduate placements was with the Urogynecology Clinic at the Lois Hole Hospital for Women, and she witnessed first-hand how urogynecological surgeries, pessary fittings, education and pelvic health physiotherapy treatments could improve a patient’s quality of life. Instantly, she knew she’d found her calling.
